SWEET BACON AND PEAR PIZZA
Nonstick cooking spray

slices bacon

cup packed brown sugar

tsp. chili powder

pear, cored and sliced
i
tsp. lemon juice

an 8-oz. tub cream
cheese
'A
cup chopped green
onions

12-inch thin pizza crust
(Bo bo I i)

cup chopped pecans
'A
cup crumbled feta
cheese
'A
cup fresh basil
Honey (optional)
1. Preheat oven to
40 0
°F. Line bottom of
rim m ed baking pan w ith foil and spray w ith
cooking spray. Arrange bacon slices on pan;
set aside. In small bowl stir together brown
sugar and c h ili powder. Generously sprinkle
brown sugar m ixture on bacon slices. Bake for
15
minutes or until browned; remove and set
aside. Increase oven temperature to
450
°F.

In small bowl toss together pear slices and
lemon juice; set aside. In m edium bowl stir
together cream cheese, onions, and
black
pepper
to taste. Place pizza crust on clean
baking sheet. Spread cream cheese mixture
on crust. Chop bacon and evenly sprinkle on
cheese mixture. Arrange pear slices on bacon.
Top w ith pecans and feta cheese.

Bake for
12
to
14
minutes or until cheese begins
to brown. Sprinkle with basil and pass honey for
drizzling.
